The new concept of "life after life" finds added support in the phenomena of spirit communication. In fact,
survival would not have any documentary proof and would be solely a matter of faith unless the "dead"
returned and communicated with those in physical bodies.
Man is learning that there is neither silence, inactivity, nor eternal sleep after grave.
All Biblical revelations were the work of spiritual beings who had left their bodies. The Bible also
documents messengers who returned from beyond to teach man how live a righteous life so as to attain happiness
after crossing the frontiers of death.
Angels, archangels and cherubims held conversation with prophets, seers, priests and priestesses using
a variety of advanced mediumistic processes.
Again in Biblical times impure and domineering spirits tormented some people, taking advantage of their
undeveloped mediumship. There were also cases in which revered ancestors returned after death to prophets in
the Israelite nation admonishing their contemporaries to live a virtuous life as a chose people.
Samuel returned and spoke with frankness to Saul through the
fortune-teller of Endor.
Several times Jesus addressed unfortunate spirits who possessed their victims, bringing freedom to both
the spirits and the possessed and starting them on the road to happiness.
On the Mountain of Transfiguration, the Master talked to Moses and Elias, both discarnate beings who
returned with recognisable features that they had when on Earth.
Both Old and New Testaments are, in fact, veritable collections of spirit communications between the
living and the dead.
Jesus Himself, by returning from the grave to his disciples, gave
unequivocal proof of survival. He
demonstrated that the length of "sleep" that spirits experience after death is determined by the spiritual
attainment of each soul; that the reawakening to life takes place after due evaluation of the soul's
conscience in terms of its deeds on Earth.
Yes, there is life after the physical death.
May you, therefore, live in such a way that your awakening should not be delayed and that you will encounter
the blessing of Heaven and not the Hell of remorse and suffering a law from which no one can
escape.
